2. DAMAGED PRODUCT EXCHANGE:
– If you received a damaged product within your order please send us a picture of the damaged product at email@example.com. Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery. Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by Lash Secret Club, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either.
